Job summary

QPS Employment Group is seeking a Shift Coordinator for a Buffalo Grove, IL client on 1st shift (9:00am–5:30pm). You will plan, schedule and execute daily production requirements, and manage workflow to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, at least two years in production management, strong attention to detail, and solid organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least two years of production management experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently to meet production targets.
• Good communication and computer skills (Gmail/Sheets).
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and execute daily production requirements for various programs.
• Manage the production workflow to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with employees and clients.
• Efficiently plan and schedule personnel and equipment.
• Meet production and quality targets and client satisfaction goals.
• Meet customer commitments on time through production of high quality products and service.
