Qualifications

• Prior experience in food manufacturing or mixing roles is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes accurately.
• Basic math skills to measure and scale ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mix vegetable ingredients according to batch recipes and production schedules.
• Operate and monitor mixing equipment to ensure consistent product quality.
• Inspect vegetable ingredients for freshness, quality, and compliance with specifications before mixing.
• Document batch details, including ingredient quantities, lot numbers, and deviations from the standard process.
• Follow GMPs and food safety policies to prevent cross-contamination.
• Complete production logs, including batch records, waste logs, and equipment cleaning checklists.
