Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 8‑10 hours per day and free range of arm movement.
• Ability to bend repeatedly at the waist for 8‑10 hours per day.
• Ability to safely walk to and in the plant.

Responsibilities

• Improve key operational performance areas.
• Analyze and recommend process improvements.
• Act as resource to plant manager in identifying inefficiencies.
• Work with team members to develop good working relationships.
