Job summary

Staffmark is hiring an Operator for the Winston-Salem, NC area on a direct-hire basis. The 1st shift role involves assembling products, following procedures, and supporting a clean room environment to meet daily production targets.

You will operate and monitor equipment, maintain quality records, and participate in training of new staff while contributing to a collaborative, safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and follow manufacturing process sheets and quality standards.
• Basic computer and documentation skills for production records.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components per specifications.
• Follow instructions from the Clean Room Lead to meet daily goals.
• Operate and monitor assembly equipment maintaining quality.
• Interpret manufacturing process sheets and work instructions accurately.
• Perform in-process quality inspections using gauges, measuring devices, and inspection tools.
• Maintain accurate production, quality, and inventory records as required.
• Assist with training new employees and support team success.
• Follow all safety policies and clean room procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
• Recommend process improvements that enhance quality, safety, and productivity.
