Job summary

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is seeking an assembler to complete the assembly of various machine models, move units as required, and verify quality and documentation. You will operate hand tools, gauges, torque wrenches and pallet jacks, reading instructions and drawings to ensure accurate builds.

The role requires basic English communication and the ability to read a tape measure. This is a hands-on position on the shop floor with safety and quality at the forefront.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years related cross-functional assembly experience including operation of hand tools, gauges, torque wrenches.
• Ability to operate small air, hand, and electric tools.
• Ability to read work instructions and drawings.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (read, speak, and understand).
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Complete assembly of various models of machines following established procedures.
• Move machines as required.
• Verify completed machines meet quality standards and initial paperwork.
• Use a manual and electric pallet jack.
