Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC is seeking a line worker for the breast-cutting station on the cone line. The role requires standing in a wet, cold poultry processing environment, following safety policies, and using PPE. You will cut breast meat away from carcasses and maintain production pace while supporting other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform tasks as assigned by management.
• Must be able to work in a wet/cold environment.
• Able to stand for an 8 hour shift.
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift up to 10 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Cut breast meat away from carcass and pull it down past tenders.
• Perform cuts on alternating sides of the wing and breast at pace of ~18 birds per minute.
• Follow directions and assist other departments as needed.
• Maintain PPE and compliance with safety policies.
