Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist for the first shift in Union City, NJ. In this contract assignment you will draw blood samples, prepare specimens for lab testing and maintain patient-focused service with accuracy and confidentiality.

You will work onsite Monday through Friday, 6am start with eight-hour shifts and rotating weekends; overtime is eligible. This 3-month assignment requires reliable transport and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training preferred (medical assistant or paramedic).
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily activities accurately and on time under supervision.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Carry out forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling post-venipuncture.
• Maintain records and documentation.
