Job summary

Intervala, LLC is seeking a manufacturing assembler to build through-hole and surface-mount PCB assemblies. You will place components on boards according to parts lists and drawings, ensuring quality workmanship.

Responsibilities include component prep, manual placement of THT parts, and assembling chassis and electromechanical devices. You will also review documentation to suggest improvements for quality control.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job orders, specifications, drawings, schematics, process sheets, wiring diagrams, and small print.
• Ability to perform component prep using hand tools and tooling.
• Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to produce quality results.
• Ability to work in a high volume, high detail work environment.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow instructions (including small print).
• Ability to manipulate and work with tedious and small parts.

Responsibilities

• Build through-hole (THT) and surface mount (SMT) printed circuit board assemblies, placing components on boards per controlled parts lists, drawing documentation and quality workmanship guidelines.
• Cut and form (prep) components
• Perform manual placement of THT components
• Assemble chassis components using a variety of hardware
• Assemble electromechanical devices using a variety of hardware
• Recommend changes in documentation to ensure high quality results
