You will supervise line workers, train new hires, manage scheduling, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain documentation and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or similar roles.
• Experience with powder coat systems, liquid paint systems, pre-treat chemical application, shot blast operations.
• Thorough knowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily production line activities and ensure safety and quality.
• Train new hires and manage scheduling and conflicts.
• Maintain and update operating procedures, safety and quality documentation.
• Collaborate with Production Managers on continuous improvement.
• Enforce disciplinary actions when appropriate.
• Develop standard work procedures and lead process improvement dialogues.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensureDocumentation and procedure adherence.
