Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ years of packaging or cGMP experience required.
• Excellent oral and written communication to communicate with team, peers, management, and external contacts.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor and supervise packaging operations.
• Ability to lead as a change agent, handle multiple tasks, and meet timelines.
• Responsible for cleaning cGMP packaging areas, equipment and utensils as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute packaging of clinical supplies per MI and SOPs under cGMP.
• Complete support documentation for packaging operations.
• Maintain packaging areas per SOPs and cGMP before, during and after operations.
• Operate packaging equipment.
• Train Packaging Technicians on job duties.
• Monitor Technicians to ensure compliance with MI and cGMP.
• Participate in meetings and pursue performance goals.
• Support other duties as assigned.
