Job summary

E.A. Sween is seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented team member to join our production packaging line. You’ll rotate through Box Maker, Boxer, and Racker tasks, ensuring labels, dates, and product packaging meet quality standards.

The role requires GMP adherence, wearing PPE, and a strong safety attitude. Overtime may be required and applicants should be able to lift up to 30 lbs and work on site in Alabama.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in high-speed packaging or assembly line preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long shifts.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs to uphold food safety and product integrity.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE.
• Collaborate with team members from diverse backgrounds.
• Maintain excellent attendance and flexibility with schedules.
