You will inspect, weigh, package, label products, prepare shipment paperwork, load items, keep materials stocked, and cross-train across Processing, Picking, and Receiving to meet customer demand. A team-first attitude and reliable pace are essential.

Responsibilities

• Picking customer orders at a company-specified minimum rate.
• Inspecting, weighing, packaging, sealing, and labeling products for shipping.
• Preparing shipment paperwork according to company guidelines.
• Loading packed items onto carts or delivery vehicles, stacked properly and safely.
• Keeping shipping materials stocked and ready.
• Double-checking picked orders to confirm proper procedure was followed.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Cross-training across Processing, Picking, and Receiving to help meet customer demand.
