Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking an Order Picker 1 for the 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with overtime including weekends as needed). You will pick and pack customer orders in a high-volume station, maintaining productivity and accuracy while using a hand scanner.

Responsibilities include meeting daily targets, ensuring quality, conserving resources, and keeping a clean, organized work area to support safe operations. Education: High School diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with RF scanners is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uses a hand scanner to determine order requirements.
• Pulls and packs products from stock into boxes.
• Meets daily productivity standards for lines picked per hour.
• Ensures work meets quality standards.
• Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies to avoid waste.
• Reports issues to management and stays current with procedures and product information.
• Keeps a clean and organized work area.
