Hercules Sealing Products is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor for the 1st shift in Louisville, KY to lead warehouse activities, ensure safety, and optimize performance across distribution functions.

The role oversees front-line supervisors, drives continuous improvement, and acts as escalation point for operations and customer service issues, promoting a culture of accountability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in warehouse, distribution, logistics or manufacturing ops.
• 2+ years supervising hourly employees.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with warehouse safety programs and ISO/quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the 1st shift operations team and provide leadership.
• Serve as the senior operational on-site leader during opening hours.
• Coordinate with HR on workforce planning, recruiting, and retention initiatives.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through regular feedback and performance discussions.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in safety, quality, and productivity.
