MAT Holdings, Inc. is hiring for a wire-feed welder on the first shift in the production line. You will perform MIG welding, read blueprints, and help ensure weld integrity while following safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; training provided.
• MIG welding experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

• Perform wire-feed MIG welding per blueprints.
• Read and interpret blueprints and weld gauges.
• Troubleshoot welding issues and adjust processes.
• Maintain safety, quality, and attendance.
