You will interpret drawings, BOMs and job packets to assemble and fabricate subassemblies for air movement equipment. Duties include drilling, fitting pins, screws and rivets, plus kit parts per BOM and report shortages.

Expect a hands-on role with repetitive tasks, safety-first practices, and collaboration with the Production Lead to ensure on-time builds and quality compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to read assembly-related documents such as prints, BOMs and job packets.
• Attention to detail in visual inspection and assembly quality.

Responsibilities

• Work from job packets, production schedules and prints to plan steps for assembly.
• Fit, align, drill, cut, and assemble parts to produce subassemblies for air movement equipment.
• Set robotic drill with prescribed tools and programs; fasten parts with bolts and rivets.
• Count, weigh, and kit parts per BOM; report shortages and stage items for movement.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly work area; participate in meetings as needed.
