Job summary

Munters Corporation is seeking a Condensing Assembler for 1st shift to assemble and install condensing units in large HVAC systems. You will work from QMS production schedules, build sub-assemblies, braze copper tubing, and verify parts per BOM and drawings.

Responsibilities include pipe fitting, valve installation, leak testing, and documenting unit condition and hours. Safety rules are emphasized throughout the daily workflow.

Qualifications

• Experience assembling condensing units and HVAC components.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and BOMs.
• Familiarity with brazing and leak testing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Build compressor sub-assemblies and fit purchased parts.
• Install and braze fittings and copper tubing per specs.
• Inspect units before moving to the next line functions.
• Log hours, track parts, and document unit condition.
