Job summary

Munters Corporation is seeking an Electrical Assembler for the 1st shift in Selma, Alabama. You will perform repetitive assembly tasks, interpret documents, and ensure components meet quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include following production packets, setting up a robotic drill, fitting parts, inspecting for defects, communicating issues, and keeping the work area clean. The role offers competitive pay and benefits with opportunities for growth within a global climate solutions

Responsibilities

• Follow job packets, production schedules, checks and prints to plan assembly steps.
• Inspect parts for defects and report discrepancies to Production Lead.
• Assemble subassemblies, set pins, screws, springs and other hardware.
• Set robotic drill with prescribed tools and program operations.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow procedures at all times.
• Report shortages and stage items for movement to workstations.
