Qualifications

• 2–3 years mechanical assembly experience in manufacturing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints and assembly instructions.
• Hands-on experience with hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to fit, alignment, and quality.
• Reliable attendance and safety awareness.
• Willingness to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, rebuild, and align mechanical components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and job travelers.
• Inspect, operate, and test assemblies for function and quality.
• Set, measure, and verify component clearances.
• Install piping, fixtures, wiring, and electrical components.
• Use hand and power tools to fit, trim, and finish parts.
• Follow production, quality, and safety procedures.
