Job summary

Omega Plastics Inc is seeking a Material Handler for Plastic Injection Molding on-site at Clinton Township, MI. You will support manufacturing by handling materials, moving resin and colorants, and managing inventory in the ERP system, while assisting with mold storage and changeovers.

The role requires 1st shift hours (7:30am-4:00pm) with some Saturdays. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of material handling in plastics, forklift certification, and the ability to lift

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Material Handler in plastic injection molding.
• Forklift certification or training provided (we will train internally for certification).
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds repeatedly during the day.

Responsibilities

• Move materials to production equipment and manage ERP inventory records.
• Operate forklift and manual conveyors to move direct materials.
• Set up resin handling equipment and monitor dryers for resin supply.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment and complete required paperwork.
• Record material receipts, C of C's, and resin usage accurately.
