KLN Family Brands, headquartered in Perham, MN, is hiring for a Mid Shift Inventory Control associate to manage physical inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. You will also support production by bringing packaging to the lines and performing counts.

Essential duties include moving inventory to production, stocking, counting, reporting, and correcting discrepancies. The role requires lifting up to 55 lbs, forklift operation, and basic computer/scan device use.

Qualifications

• Consistent attendance and reliability.
• Basic math and counting skills for inventory.
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures.
• Ability to work well with others and communicate clearly.
• Capable of lifting up to 55 lbs and operating a forklift with certification.

Responsibilities

• Move packaging inventory needed for production into the production area.
• Put packaging and finished goods inventory away.
• Perform physical counts of inventory in warehouse.
• Run stage locations reports and reconcile inventory.
• Fix inventory transaction errors and train production staff as needed.
• Adjust inventories as needed and manage hold/release of materials.
