Job summary

O'Neal Steel has an opening for a (1st Shift) Material Handler at our Evansville, IN facility. The role involves loading and unloading materials, operating forklifts and related equipment to move material within the warehouse.

Responsibilities include reading a tape measure, using common hand tools, and delivering high-quality work for internal and external customers. Working hours are 7am–3pm with overtime as needed; a background check and drug test are required.

Qualifications

• Variety of hand tools including, but not limited to, grinder, bander, drill, hammer, pliers, screwdriver, wrench, etc.
• Accurately read a tape measure.
• Provide high quality work to all internal and external customers as related to the output of their position.

Responsibilities

• Operate a wide variety of material handling equipment including, but not limited to, forklift, overhead crane, stacker crane, side loader, yard dog, etc.
• Use a variety of hand tools including, but not limited to, grinder, bander, drill, hammer, pliers, screwdriver, wrench, etc.
• Accurately read a tape measure.
• Provide high quality work to all internal and external customers as related to the output of their position.
