O'Neal Manufacturing Services is seeking a Material Handler (First Shift Forklift Operator) to support warehouse operations, including loading/unloading, receiving parts, and moving stock.

You will operate forklifts and cranes, assist with painting-related tasks, and maintain a clean, safe work area while following established procedures.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation and material handling experience recommended.
• Ability to mix paints and operate paint equipment is preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use calipers.
• High attention to detail and safety compliance.
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving processes is advantageous.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Commitment to workplace safety.
• Shipping/Receiving: receive inventory, store, pull orders, and load trucks.
• Material Handling: move material using forklifts, cranes, and hand trucks.
• Parts Cleaning/Assembly: clean parts using grinders and finish equipment.
• Provide error-free work for internal and external customers.
• Work under direct supervision.
• Support safety and quality programs by following rules.
• Mixing Paints.
• Other duties as assigned.
