Job summary

Mesta Electronics, Inc. is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to manage preventive and scheduled maintenance across plant equipment.

You will perform routine electrical and mechanical repairs, calibrations, and tool upgrades while coordinating with process specialists to ensure reliability and safety. Responsibilities include maintaining tools and inventory, drafting PSRs, and supporting cost control and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certification or college coursework in maintenance preferred.
• 5+ years in maintenance roles, with electrical maintenance experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop preventive maintenance lists and schedules for plant equipment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and routine preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate calibrations and repairs of equipment as required.
• Maintain maintenance tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Assist in upgrading production hand tools and training staff on new equipment.
• Draft and issue equipment PSR’s and manage parts requisitions.
• Maintain monthly maintenance budget and review test reports.
