Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshooting and repair of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of 240/480 V electrical systems.
• Preventive maintenance procedures and documentation.
• Safety procedures and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify issues and ensure performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Repair or replace defective parts using hand and power tools; reassemble equipment.
• Test equipment after maintenance to confirm proper operation.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and document work performed.
• Document causes, parts used, and time taken for maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with the team to prioritize maintenance projects and meet deadlines.
• Provide technical guidance to production personnel as needed.
