Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign daily tasks to a team and oversee completion.
• Inspect areas regularly and perform maintenance to keep facilities functional.
• Complete daily, weekly, or monthly checklists of building and equipment maintenance.
• Repair fixtures and hardware such as doors, windows, and office equipment.
• Report major maintenance needs and recommend corrective actions.
• Mentor employees on minor tasks to correct mistakes.
