Qualifications

• Two+ years related experience, preferably in food industry.
• Able to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, schematics, service and operating manuals.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and quality data.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and GMPs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, steam, water, waste and pneumatic systems in food equipment.
• Plan and execute preventative maintenance per PM schedule to minimize downtime.
• Maintain production line machinery per manufacturer instructions and specs.
• Complete repairs of mechanical/structural components to recover from faults.
• Requisition and manage inventory of parts for timely repairs.
• Complete work orders and paperwork to high quality standards.
• Follow SOPs, policies, GMPs at all times.
• Maintain high safety awareness and an accident-free workplace.
