Job summary

Corning Incorporated is seeking a Maintenance Lead for the Phoenix, AZ facility. In this first-shift role, you will coordinate maintenance activities, lead work order prioritization, and partner with Operations and Engineering to maximize uptime and performance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in CNC or industrial equipment maintenance, reads electrical schematics, and is proficient with Microsoft Office and Maximo CMMS. This position offers growth and a path to impact production outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of CNC or industrial equipment maintenance experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Maximo or CMMS systems.
• Experience maintaining PMs, work orders, and maintenance records.
• Aptitude with hand tools and measurement devices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize work orders for the maintenance group using CMMS.
• Maintain CMMS data, PM plans, asset records, and spare parts inventory.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for CNC and industrial equipment.
• Align maintenance schedules with production priorities to minimize downtime.
• Develop and update PM plans and support TPM initiatives.
• Mentor and train less experienced maintenance technicians.
