Responsibilities

• Machine Setup and Operation: Setting up the machine for each job, loading mailing lists, adjusting settings, and ensuring materials are in place.
• Feeding and Sorting Mail: Manually feeding finished mail into hoppers, sorting by hand, and palletizing for delivery.
• Quality Control: Monitor output to ensure correct address, postage, and sorting information.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Clear jams and perform routine maintenance and cleaning to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Record Keeping: Read production reports and maintain accurate mail shipment and processing records.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety rules and SOPs.
