• Coordinate product changeovers to maximize line efficiencies.
• Monitor machine and material flow to ensure quality and production standards; report issues promptly.
• Participate in 5 Why analysis to identify root causes and reduce downtime.
• Assist with simple preventive maintenance to prevent downtime.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met and documented.
• Maintain accurate machine logs and production records.
• Follow lockout/tagout and 5S practices; wear proper safety gear.
