Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli (USA) Inc. is seeking a manufacturing associate in Stratham, NH to operate and set up production machinery. You will ensure daily production goals are met and that quality and safety standards are consistently applied on the line.

In this role, you will monitor equipment, perform basic preventative maintenance, and participate in productivity improvement activities such as 5 Why analysis. The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds, rotation shifts, and compliance with safety

Qualifications

• Education: The ability to demonstrate strong operating knowledge of manufacturing equipment, Basis mechanical skills.
• Actively participate in group discussions.
• Basic Computer Skills (windows-based software).
• Basic written and effective communication skills.
• Ability to take direction and execute in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical skills as it relates to machinery, and ability to troubleshoot.
• Education: High school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Machinery setup of assigned machine(s) to meet daily production goals.
• Coordinate product changeovers to maximize line efficiencies.
• Monitor machine and material quality; report problems promptly.
• Participate in 5 Why analysis to reduce downtime.
• Assist with simple preventative maintenance tasks on machinery.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and wear proper safety gear.
