Job summary

LeachGarner, Inc. in Attleboro, MA is seeking a Machine Operator on the 1st shift. You will set up machines, follow production orders, and monitor performance to ensure quality while contributing to a smooth, efficient operation.

The role requires lifting up to 30 pounds, standing for a 10-hour shift, and data entry as needed. A high school diploma or GED is required. This position offers a 4-day workweek with a start at 5:00am through 3:30pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for a 10-hour shift.
• Machine operator experience.
• Good manual dexterity and visual acuity.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines using routing orders, forms, specification and verbal/written instructions from supervisor.
• Follow jobs to ensure production runs efficiently.
• Monitor machine performance and maintain production quality standards.
• Operate production machines in assigned area and other areas as needed.
• Maintain records with some data entry.
• Use various hand tools, micrometers, calculators and related tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Must follow all safety rules and PPE requirements.
• Perform other tasks as needed to further our company's goals and uphold our commitments.
