Qualifications

• Ability to read/follow instructions and perform basic math.
• Good communication and attention to detail; legible handwriting.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines, assemble, inspect, and package parts according to work instructions.
• Review shift notes and hand off to the next operator at shift change.
• Complete production and scrap paperwork accurately.
• Perform simple finishing tasks (trimming, degating, packaging).
• Monitor quality and report defects or process changes immediately.
• Maintain clean and organized work area; assist with housekeeping during downtime.
