Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Logistics Associate in Eagan, MN to support warehouse operations. Typical duties include picking, repack, shipping, and receiving, with pallet jack and sit-down forklift operation, and building shipments for dispatch.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. 3-month contract-to-hire with Monday–Friday shifts.

Qualifications

• Warehouse/Distribution Center experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
• Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or transportation environment is preferred but not required
• High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of warehouse tasks including picking, repack, shipping, and receiving
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts for loading and unloading
• Build pallets and prepare shipments for dispatch
• Stock and replenish inventory as needed
• Assist with general maintenance and cycle counting activities
