Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED, NC state or federal requirements.
• Prefer 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Prefer 6 months experience in the focus area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain armature, shaft and automated machines to ensure 100% quality parts and minimize downtime.
• Train new associates on operator instructions and processes.
• Perform machine setup, changeovers, and die/material changes as needed.
• Conduct machine and quality checks and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain 5S standards and daily production charts.
• Communicate process/product problems effectively with team.
• Support team leaders by assigning duties to meet production goals.
