John F. Martin & Sons, LLC, a family-owned meat and cheese producer and distributor in Pennsylvania, is hiring for a FIRST SHIFT - Line Lead in our Processing Department. Hours are 5:30 am - 2:30 pm with mandatory OT.

The Line Leader will support the supervisor, oversee production staff, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in daily operations. The role requires supervising equipment operation, maintaining product traceability in the Deacom system, and promoting a professional, organized

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production in a food processing environment.
• Ability to provide input on counseling and performance evaluations.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills in fast-paced settings.
• Strong math skills and understanding of recipes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production staff to meet production, quality, and safety goals.
• Assist supervisor with day-to-day production operations and scheduling.
• Provide input on employee counseling and performance evaluations when needed.
• Lead in supervisor's absence and ensure safety and efficiency of line operations.
