John F. Martin & Sons, LLC, is a third/fourth generation family-owned producer and distributor of meat and cheese products with locations in Stevens and Womesldorf, PA.

The Machine Operator works in a refrigerated environment, operating, monitoring, and maintaining equipment to ensure product flow, quality, safety, and sanitation while supporting production goals. The role may rotate between departments based on training needs, with some mandatory overtime and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production preferred.
• Ability to rotate between departments based on training.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, adjust, and clean production and packaging machinery to maintain workflow and minimize downtime.
• Set up equipment at shift start and shut down, clean, and store at end of shift.
• Monitor quality, weights, temperatures, yields, and process accuracy per recipes and standards.
• Document production activity and traceability data in applicable systems.
• Identify safety or quality issues and report to supervision.
• Follow LOTO, PPE, and sanitation requirements.
