Job summary

Schwan's is seeking a full-time production associate in Oklahoma to unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods in a food manufacturing environment. You will ensure all products meet company and government quality standards and report any quality issues.

Responsibilities include inspecting products, recording waste, and notifying supervision of equipment or ingredient problems while adhering to USDA, OSHA, GMPs and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity and repetitive motions.
• Able to work rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products and document waste as directed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues or equipment problems.
• Comply with USDA, OSHA, State/Federal regulations and GMPs.
