Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret knitwear tech packs and garment specifications.
• Strong attention to detail for fabric aesthetics and brand identity.
• Solid mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot knitting equipment.
• Basic computer skills for machine interfaces and record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with good organizational skills.
• Eligibility to read/write English and follow production instructions.

Responsibilities

• Print and review production paperwork for ticket orders (string-up, write-ups, samples, dimensions).
• Verify materials, dimensions and color placements before production.
• Perform machine string-ups and ensure correct cone numbers on machines.
• Order yarn from warehouse and manage yarn transfer to inventory.
• Monitor knitted fabric quality and report defects promptly.
• Keep work area clean and follow safety policies.
