Job summary

Qualifications

  • Ability to follow detailed work orders and specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble printed materials and promotional items into kits according to work orders and specifications.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure kit contents match requirements and quality standards.
  • Count, sort, and organize materials for kitting projects.
  • Package completed kits using appropriate materials (boxes, envelopes, bubble wrap, etc.).
  • Apply labels, stickers, and shipping information accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Track inventory of kitting supplies and materials.
  • Report any quality issues or discrepancies to supervisor.
  • Assist with bulk mailings and special packaging projects as needed.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Other tasks as assigned by supervisor(s).

Shift

6:00 AM to 2:30 PM; M - F

Core Responsibilities
  • Assemble various printed materials and promotional items into kits following detailed work orders and specifications.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure kit contents match requirements and meet quality standards.
  • Count, sort, and organize printed materials and components for kitting projects.
  • Package completed kits using appropriate materials (boxes, envelopes, bubble wrap, etc.).

Education & Certification/Licensing Requirements
