Job summary

FlagShip Holding Company is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to lead the cleaning teams and ensure client premises are maintained to set standards. The role requires hands-on support, staff training, and effective communication with customers and management.

You will supervise schedules, evaluate performance, and manage supplies while adhering to OSHA requirements. A high school diploma and 3–5 years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years related janitorial/facilities experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervise janitorial staff and delegate scheduling to ensure coverage.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide hands-on support and training.
• Identify problems, propose solutions, and help implement quality improvements.
• Report issues to Operations Manager and coordinate with customers.
• Oversee purchasing, supplies, labeling, dilution, and storage per OSHA standards.
