Job summary

Tyson Foods Berry Street Plant in Springdale, AR is seeking an IQF Packout Forklift Operator for 1st shift. You will operate a forklift to move finished pallets from lines 1–3, configure pallets in the EIM system, apply header cards, wrap pallets, and deliver them to the freezer or shipping dock. The role requires forklift certification, prior food-industry min.

3 months experience, and compliance with Tyson policies. Work hours vary with shift needs; benefits are provided after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Forklift training and certification required.
• 3 months of food industry production experience in the last 2 years.
• Waiting period of 180 days for former Tyson Foods team members.
• Max of two previous Tyson employments.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move finished pallets from lines 1–3 to freezer or shipping dock.
• Configure pallets in EIM system and attach header cards.
• Wrap pallets on stretch wrap machine and transport to destination.
• Follow supervisor directions and maintain safe, clean work area.
