Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Associate for 1st shift in Owasso, OK.

The role requires receiving, counting, storing, and staging packaging supplies and meat products, and supporting production and shipping teams to ensure materials are available when needed. The candidate will maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and follow FIFO procedures while adhering to food safety guidelines (HACCP, FDA, USDA).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior inventory, warehouse, or food processing experience preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills; inventory software experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a cold environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, and verify incoming products, packaging supplies, and materials.
• Record quantities, lot numbers, expiration dates, and storage locations.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Rotate inventory using FIFO; stage and deliver to production lines and shipping.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment; maintain clean, safe storage areas.
