Nspproteins in Owasso, OK is seeking an Inventory Associate for 1st shift to accurately receive, store, and stage packaging supplies and meat products across the Box Room and Cooler Room.

You will perform cycle counts, verify quantities, and maintain accurate inventory records while rotating stock using FIFO procedures. Work closely with production and shipping teams to support operations and ensure food safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior inventory, warehouse, or food processing experience preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills; inventory software experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a cold environment while performing repetitive tasks.
• Knowledge of food safety and regulatory compliance is a plus.
• Forklift certification or ability to be trained and certified.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English with strong verbal skills; Spanish helpful but not required.

Responsabilités

• Receive, count, and verify incoming products, packaging supplies, and materials.
• Record quantities, lot numbers, expiration dates, and storage locations in inventory system.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Rotate inventory using FIFO procedures.
• Stage and deliver products to production lines and shipping as needed.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment.
• Maintain Box Room and Cooler Room cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other equipment.
• Monitor cooler temperatures and report deviations.
• Communicate with production, warehouse, and QA teams about inventory availability and discrepancies.
• Support scheduled physical inventory counts.
• Other duties as assigned.
