Job summary

Qualifications

• Read CAD drawings and repair specifications to ensure incoming inspections meet standards.
• Experience using ERP to track inventory and inspections.
• Ability to balance workload with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Examine contents of inbound shipments; verify paperwork and record in ERP.
• Communicate discrepancies in paperwork to Quality Department.
• Note non-conforming material via Deviated Material Reports (DMRs).
• Inspect and transfer vendor receipts to inventory; maintain stock locations.
• Ensure physical inventory matches ERP records and read engineering drawings for inspections.
• Use measuring tools and equipment to verify parts per drawings.
• Maintain professional, efficient communication with team; support other duties as needed.
