Job summary

PEI Genesis in South Bend, Indiana is seeking a 1st Shift Value Added Order Puller to pull components listed on Work Order Kit Lists for connectors assembled in the production room. You will assist in other Inventory Control tasks as trained and needed.

The role requires basic math, ERP familiarity, RF scanning, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, stand for long periods, and adapt to a 5S-focused warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills.
• Prior experience in order pulling or inventory control.
• Must be detail oriented and able to complete tasks accurately.
• Basic problem solving and computer user skills.
• Good listening skills and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Pull components on Work Order Kit Lists for connectors assembled in production.
• Assist in other Inventory Control tasks as trained.
• Maintain clean, organized work area following 5S principles.
• Ensure correct labeling and FIFO practices.
• Use RF scanner to identify components and codes.
