Job summary

JACO Manufacturing Company in Berea, Ohio is hiring an Injection Molding Process Technician for first shift. The ideal candidate has experience with mold setup and injection molding processing and is reliable with good attendance.

You will set up vertical and horizontal molding machines, troubleshoot processes, maintain records, and use IQMS ERP to ensure ISO-compliant documentation. The role offers hourly pay of $25–$28 with overtime and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Some experience related to mold setup and injection molding processing.
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand tools.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic with excellent attendance.
• Ability to safely lift up to 65 pounds.
• Ability to work professionally with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set up and shut down vertical and horizontal injection molding machines ranging from 50 to 375 tons.
• Troubleshoot and make minor process adjustments.
• Maintain production records.
• Set up auxiliary equipment.
• Handle injection molds using provided equipment, including cranes and tow motors.
• Learn and use IQMS ERP system for proper documentation and ISO compliance.
• Use basic mechanical skills and hand tools as required.
• Communicate necessary information across shifts to support operations.
• Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, time-management and organizational skills.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
