Job summary

Vestis is seeking a hardworking candidate for a 1st Shift Op-Tunnel position in our Texas facility. You will perform garment preparation, folding, hanging, and quality checks in a fast-paced laundry environment with a focus on accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include station setup, garment handling, and ensuring items meet quality standards while working as part of a team. Weekend shifts and overtime may apply as needed.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• Able to understand training and instructions.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work station.
• Transfer hangers from rack to hanger aid.
• Dress shirts on hanger and verify quality of garments.
• Handle pants, shape, hang, and place on conveyor.
• Identify garments needing repairs and tag for fix.
• Ensure garments are placed on an open conveyor pick.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow production practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
