ArtiFlex Manufacturing, Inc in Sterling Heights is seeking a General Laborer for its first shift. You will provide practical assistance, maintain cleanliness, and support various operations across our facilities.

Duties include loading/unloading, light maintenance, and equipment handling. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to stand long periods and lift up to 40 pounds, plus strong teamwork and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 pounds).
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus.
• Great attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety rules and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading materials, tools, equipment etc.
• Light preventative maintenance.
• Cleaning of equipment, machines, facility, including trash and debris.
• Follow supervisor instructions to perform manual labor tasks.
• Assist with setting up and transferring temporary structures.
• Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions.
• Operate tools as needed.
• Support different members of the operations team.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
