Job summary

Qualified Staffing in Lapeer, MI is seeking entry-level general laborers for a manufacturing environment. 1st shift, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Friday, paying $15 per hour. Prior manufacturing experience is required and applicants must submit a complete resume detailing full work history.

Lapeer area manufacturer of gauges, fixtures, dies and steel and aluminum piping is seeking entry level general laborers to join their team. 1st Shift, 6A-2:30P, Monday-Friday, $15 per hour. Previous experience in manufacturing required. Candidates need to submit a complete resume with full work history to be considered. Must be able to read a tape measure and will be tested on that.

Requirements:

1. Must be able to read and comprehend the English language.
2. Must be able to communicate clearly to supervision and peers.
3. Take instruction from supervisor and from trainer.
4. Have interpersonal skills to be able to work in a team atmosphere; display a positive attitude.
5. Must have good attendance.
6. Must be able to perform basic math: add, subtract, multiply and divide.
7. Must be able to read a tape measure up to 1/16” increments; display mechanical ability and aptitude.
